1918, i wasn't watching close enough to see which MM grabbed the first 500K chunk, but when the 2M+ share block hit the tape, DRCO was right there to catch it at .65.... that oughta tell you something.
1918, Couple of flaws that I see in that explanation:
"At a pre-agreed price the dealer then swaps shares with Prospect (possibly from inventory acquired) therefore allowing Prospect to excerise their warrants at much lower prices and immediately (without the price rising) - hence the 500K & 2.1M Blocks."
The warrants were exercised July 3rd and resulted in new shares that were issued to Prospect. The exercise is not done in the open market that would cause a price increase/decrease. From a profit perspective, exercising the warrants at a higher PPS is more desirable than at a lower price - this was done on July 3rd giving Prospect 2.6M+ shares.
