Why don't you understand
something, the CEO is constantly making good on his promises
of buybacks through his ACTIONS. He is able to secure $50
million loan. Now that's who I would call a smart and savvy
businessman.
Well maybe I'm just a real stupid inbred Canadian. See, I can't understand all this financial stuff. On the one hand, you savvy businessman, as you call him, has $500 million he doesn't know what to do with, so he's going to give $400 million to his shareholders. On the otherhand, despite having all this money he doesn't need, he gets a $50 million loan to buy back his own stock so that he can get more of the $400 million he's paying out, that he doesn't need.
