Stoll would. Stoll is at heart conservative and straightforward. If he was sure of his hand, he would have issued a brief press release which would have stated such--even if then promising more detail at BOM. That would not have diminished the style of departure. I continue to think there is something not yet completed that is necessary for defining the level of clarity/certainty of the results, enough that he did not want to leave his CEO role with any questions about his having shepherded the process thoroughly rather than impulsively.
