Actually market conditions have a lot to do with it. There is very little money willing to invest in stocks at this level, and what there is seems to be either holding (generally under water) or bouncing around looking hard for the next one to run. Just wish the "awareness" campaign hadn't started until after production and financial news. I'm also looking for some update on Bane Lease reworks and/or NOI.
