He is working on getting Authorized Reduced, just spoke to him, he is reducing the AS with Nev SOS w/o an RS, the 10 B is over the top + it reduces his fees for the annual list because its based on the AS somehow, he has put over 150K of his own $$ into this and will update us shorlty on the new Directors of which 2 have already been selected, from what I gather we are in for a nice ride!!
