Do you mean mining or exploration companies? Many people here mix that up, I a investor of several exploration and Mining companies as well and I have some background there. You are doing this with PP´s or Debts?
HGLC is not very interesting if you look at the facts. And these days the market for that companies is very hard, because they need a financial partner who is not badly infected in this banking crisis.
I hold myself a big amount of shares in some senior exploartion companies which will go into production within 12 month, e.g. Zaruma Resources in Mexico, state Sonora. But even that companies went down during the last months due to the financial proplems at the bigf guys. Many took out and cashed in to cover other problems inhouse.
All these "mining" companies and even this "Goldco" company will not have any profitable production at this time. It is only a game with concessions, smelter royalties and potential metal or oil areas with no fundamentals behind all that. No FS reports or even any NI calc. All their pps is pure speculation on fiction.
So it is very hard to understand for me, that people talk about real values if they have a pennystock in Mining with no fundamentals. My guess is that they are all dreaming of a second Aurelian drill result in that company. But ask them and they even cannot tell you how long it takes to get first drill results in such corporations.
My experience with this company here is very bad and I do not trust anybody in this company because I saw too many lies and changes here. There is no trust in the management because there is NO proove of any realized profitable business. They burned a lot of money and that is fact.
But I know how to play a pennystock when it gets the attention from the public as it happened at FFGO. So I bought a lot of shares at lowest level and recovered my losses and made nice profit. But if you ask me about any fundamentals which brought me to this descision I only can say that I saw a gamble coming up, invested, won and went out as fast as possible. Thats how to play pennies IMO
There are many plays around and if you get a 1:5 rate for your invests in pennies, with 1 winner and 5 losers then you make a hell of money... and a LOT OF FUN
