For whatever it's worth, I was talking to a guy from a fairly large hedge fund, and he was saying that you're going to start seeing signs that the market is going up.

He also says you'll see some institutions in trouble for the next 12-18 months.

Also on Fast Money this afternoon, the guy was given three options, buy gold, buy oil or buy USD. He chose USD because he thinks it formed a bottom and will begin to rise from here.
