"Due time"? I dont think that farin price but will certainly take it!!..but if housing recovers in the next 6 months and foreclosures start dropping and become the trend.....I think we can see double digits in 2 years.
I doubt it, just because its 52 week high was around upper 20s range that doesnt mean that's the fair value. I would love to see at least $10 but that is a long shot with everything going on at the moment
