the price of gasoline should hardly be the criteria as to which **** gets the vote....
as the SF city proper...no one seems to care here... people shop til they drop practically...
the ones suffering are the families who bought their houses 2 hours away from work, so they could afford a house... they are getting hurt big time....
wether you pay more for gas or more taxes...it seems to all come out in the wash...
and I agree, gas prices in the US versus the rest of the world were too cheap!
i drive less then 5K a year between 2 cars... :-) walk most of the time!

OT: Hi ya Star, well I am not very-Kerry...I don't care for Bush and lots of American's are feeling that way more so...I know the prices will fall, especially into elections. The Bush family are as tight as thieves with the Saudi family that can change the prices now... all this is alleged in a book that is out taken from behind closed door meetings. Bush snatched up the oil from the open market so that are stockpiles are at 96% as he helped besides China fuel (no pun) this insanity. My problems are more with Cheney, Rummy Wolfowitz, etc., I think Bush is a just a puppet. The taxes can be lowered at the pump, if Congress wanted to that is and I have read that there is price gouging in Cali and Az.read that the gas got as high as 3.97 in Las Vegas! I am voting for the lesser of the 2 evils, horrible I have to say that. Safe biking!! LOL...No kidding! I have been... Best always!
