Revenge Designs, Inc. Releases Shareholder Letter

DECATUR, IN , a specialty car designer and production assembler, is pleased to provide its shareholders a letter from Peter Collorafi, Revenge Designs President and CEO.

Dear shareholders,

By now you are aware we are in the early stages of producing the GTM Supercar by Factory Five Racing. It is our intention at Revenge Designs to take an already state of the art engineered American manufactured High Performance vehicle to a higher level of OEM (Original Equipment Manufactured) standards and a higher level of safety standards. Examples are: four passenger airbags, safety harness, competition ABS braking system, integrated air conditioning, laminated screens, and molded aircraft style interior. Revenge Designs will assemble the GTM with parts supplied by GM or newly manufactured engineered products.

Revenge Designs is currently in negotiations with one of America's largest Dealer Networks. It is our objective to supply over the next four years 200 vehicles per year through participating Dealerships within this organization. Revenge Designs will also sell 50 personalized vehicles through its own location. MSRP for these vehicles will be $88,000 to $125,000 depending on the customers need for speed.

Although I have devoted more than six month on this project, details of the final participating Dealers and Suppliers will remain confidential until permission has been granted by those individuals. We are bound by certain non-disclosures and the company must honor these agreements.

As we have shown over the past few press releases, Revenge Designs, Inc. is the "REAL DEAL." We now occupy our own quality building and will be expanding our facility by constructing an additional adjacent facility. We employ qualified, team player, specialized tradesmen and have begun production and revenue generating operations in 2008.

Can I bring to the shareholders attention what is "UNREAL," the fact that we are not a ten year established company, producing the same product every day, every week, every month? Please understand every new design, every new part, can take weeks, even months to perfect to the standard of original factory fitment. Appearance and fitment are very important to entice future Dealership sales. All of the parts that we design must meet these special requirements by our suppliers.

If just for a moment, day traders, shareholders and previous toxic investors could just take their finger off the sell button and let their investment breath, I am sure growth and stability would occur.

I also believe Mr. Chad Sykes, our investor relations representative, has been a great asset to our company. Most days for me as CEO of Revenge Designs are spent working on future designs, quality of fitment and quality of suppliers in order to achieve our goals. As difficult a job it is, I would not want to exchange positions with Chad.

In the coming weeks our press releases will consist of topics relative to Revenge Designs previously mentioned negotiations, future requirements, growth of the company, production of the GTM, the Honda Ridgelines and new Satellite centers. Genuine, positive investor inquiries are always welcome as we do listen to our shareholders and are working hard to build value.

In the coming months Revenge Designs will provide investors an open house tour of our production, to give investors the chance to meet and greet with those who are working hard to build value and to possibly drive one of our enhanced vehicles. We thank you for your continued support.

Sincerely,

Peter Collorafi
