I believe there is an S-8 for 80 million shares sitting there... There also could be shares sitting for Swartz's yearly share deal... Some of the CD Converters could be sitting on up to 4.9% of the O/S at any one time (including now)... Those 9k "preferred C" shares may already be in the O/S but not sold yet...
There are many that "may be waiting to sell into any run" with 2.5 billion shares available an increase in A/S & a R/S looming, what makes you think this thing will take off ?
