Serious stuff Q! If they could prove that I think JR should go to jail! Two other quick thoughts this gentleman; gandym@sec.gov was handling the case for the SEC in Fort Worth district court. If have tried to reach him with no success but if we have someone in Texas they can go into the court house and view the records of the case against JR. If anyone from Texas reads this the records are public information but you have to either request them in writing or go into the court house. It would be nice to know what the outcome of the case was.
