sadly some people that paid attention in school, graduated colleges and universities are starting to feel the crunch too. And while they contributed to society for years there will be no help for them when they need it.
would you rather they steal so you could place them in prison and have it cost you more to incarcerate them than to pay a small amount so they dont steal and commit crimes to survive.. i think thats why some of these social programs were started.. it was cheaper than incarcerating them...
