Yes a big stretch, we would have to acquire a shipyard or rent one.
My theory, if the translation is close to accurate, and we own the 'flotec' mentioned, is that SBM and Modec are bidding/building the P-58 and flotec would only supply buoyancy for said project
(floating turret disconnect and or flowline(riser pipe?) buoyancy. just a WAG

Flotation tech is not on the coast in Maine, they may have a welder or two in the maintenance dept, but certainly not enough to convert a FPSO or build a rig.

Are we talking oil/gas production platforms here? If so, I'd say it's a big stretch for any of DDI's companies to do that. Maybe we could supply some components or some installations, but we can't build that kind of platform, at least not the kind I think of when I think of O/G platforms. Big fab yards with huge cranes typically do that stuff. Check out J. Ray McDermott, for example.
