it seems to me like they've been quietly taking all the right steps to get us where we need to go. this is the perfect time to be getting the books in order, before they have a lot of revenues/expenses to keep track of, and once that's in the bag it sounds like these LOIs will be converting into $$$ for HLLD. :)
one more factor is how all this may coincide with us leaving the low volume summer market and heading into a much more bullish fall season. jmho.
