hmm, it is confusing. this means they will dividing the entire amount based on the O/S which means we all get some.

Also, they can't sell the shares that were supposed to be dividens in the first place.

I think that means thats what they are basing the 1.24c on...this is the line that leads me to believe it will be older shareholders...not the new wave..

It Certainly looks like the PPS was reconciled to July 24, if so we should all be involved.
He didn't mention, whether dividend shares would be restricted or not, I assume the will not?

Anyone know which Goldco he is referring to and what the symbol is? There are 4 listed here.

I know I am behind a lot of messages but no one is making things clear, the date cannot be before August 2008. PR also states that div amt might change acording to shares that are repurchased by company.

The Company clarifies that the "Record Date" for this Dividend applies to stockholders who are registered on that date. The "Record Date" for this Extraordinary Dividend cannot be before late August in 2008 and will therefore apply to stockholders on or around that date.


Stockholders will be advised well in advance as to the "Record Date" and the "Pay Date." It will take at least three weeks to co-ordinate and prepare for this Extraordinary Dividend in order to ensure that all stockholders on the "Record Date" receive the Dividend. The Company has learned this from bitter experience on past dividend payouts to its stockholders.
