faz, i don't think you got my point. the number in the data you posted doesn't match their share count from the private placement. it is 135,955 shares smaller. see the image below, and reread my post.
if the numbers from the two entries matched i'd say they were both the same lots (redundant), but they may be two separate ones for 5.65M shares, total...
this is not a big deal, in the grand scheme of things, but what i do find interesting is that they may have accumulated the 2.72M shares on the open market, long before the private placement ever occurred. jmho.
