haha. Did you hear about one of the biggest whiners about naked shorting of the scam companies Richard Altomare, CEO of USXP, one of the longest running pinkie scams known to man? They stripped him of his CEO status, threw him in jail for scamming, lying, issuing unregistered stock and stealing from shareholders. I think he's still rotting in a jail cell. He always whined about naked shorters, meanwhile he was selling unregistered stock, treating the company like a piggybank and of course as with all pinkie scams, lying in PR after PR to create the volume to dump stock to sheep. Is this the type of abuser you are talking about? Maybe the OSC will go after the numerous con artists from Montreal? Sadly I think it's kind of a grey area being traded on the pinks but located in Canada. Sulja is a good example.
It's funny on every pinkie scam board it's always the shorts and not the lying criminals running the companies. I guess some people just deserve what they get. An evolution of sorts says 'investors' like yourself will end up broke in the end and in turn these pinkie scams will die out. It's already happening thank goodness (not the broke part but the pinkies dying out due to that).
PS. Hilarious that even as eik proved beyond any reasonable persons level of doubt that the two ZCapitals were not connected you still can't grasp it. Strange you need such high levels of proof for some things yet blindly try to connect dots where none exist if it suits your twisted fantasies that scams are not scams.
