Yes. And if they would just take the time to read those comments, they'd find enough irresponsible rumors to keep 'em busy for months, if not years.

It's very difficult to be "Authoritative" when the authorities in question (aka the "deciders") can't decide what to decide.

This is still Federal Government officials just using a microphone to shout at the moon, imo.

I guess having fungible regulations is a good thing?
