Let not anyone forget that a holding company does not have to own an entire company to prfoit from its business....simply look at the holdings of something like BH and Warren Buffet's holdings....lots of successful stuff with just a 'position' held in the subject company.
I don't see any issue with SWVC owning 30% of something and taking the success of that company to add to its own. We also know that SWVC will be involved in ventures where there is an opportunity to 'clean-up' an existing company and its business for the betterment of both the company and SWVC...that's what holding companies do.
