Peaceful and quiet reflected my mother as she looked upwards

Taking your lead, let there be nothing like a
Secret Spam Surveillance Squad on iHub.

Lets use what already exist and see what can be changed.

First, as stated, no changes to any members privileges,
be it Premium, Grandfathered or FREE, to have Admin powers.

As Matt and BobZ often stated, a Premium membership
backed by cash one will lose if one joins that way
and tries to damage iHub, will be lost to them.

So here the Premium registration process stays the same.

Lets look at changing the FREE registration process,
where the joining is broken into two parts.

1. e-mail confirmation
2. initial limitations on posting ability.

Lets suggest possible changes to # 2.

Case 1 (reminder, only to new FREE registrations)

Rather than place a limit to number of posts per day,
that changes after a few days, lets see if a change
can help Matt identify that sicko case where a person
not friendly to iHub has unlimited e-mail accounts
Matt cannot determine as being from the same person.
This person's agenda requires the ability to place
many spam posts quickly, as you noted having a short
time span between each. Let a change in the FREEs
to post be switched from number allowed on a day
to a time delay between posts, and the time periods
they are allowed to post, being:
FREEs can only post on the investment boards of companies
and some "clubs" during prime market time between 8am-4pm
Monday - Friday, with a 5, 10 or 15 minute time period
between each post so that spam can be identified by the
iHub community, as now is done, and reported to IH Admin
which eventually will be set up such that other employees
of IH & SI will take over for Head Calls.

Summary:

Only change to FREE registration is a short time delay
required between posts, and posting only allowed when
iHub is in prime investment time.

Devil in the Details:

During Happy Hour, FREEs still in the restricted period
can access Premium features, but still require a delay
between each posts.
