What new company? This is a pinkie with a track record of....let's just say failing to follow through. You don't actually expect this deal to close do you? Same game, different name. I'm sure they'll string everyone along well past the 'close date'. You haven't followed the pink sheet scam play book very well have you....
Then again, this deal may close and break all pinkie rules. Two worthless companies together...a match made in heaven ;-)
