red.... as usual...we disagree.....i see him as being in a "win-win" situation.....
but, we can win or lose....and, with the current share structure we can also "win just a little" (if he does an R/s)....
however....because of his preferred shares....he wins regardless of what happens....
the only way he can lose is to go bankrupt.....and, i seriously doubt that will happen...I'll give him that much credit...
i may not like the guy....but, he's NOT stupid.....as a matter of fact....i think he's quite savvy....
