red....you are correct....and, that is the point.....
the purpose of accessing the public capital...
when a company offers less than 10% ownership and dilutes the O/s representing that ownership to over 2 billion shares with more shares on the way....
it would seem clear that the intention is quite different from a company which offers approx 47% of it's ownership to the public with the same or more than likely much less dilution...
his actions reveal his intentions...and, his intentions are not in the best interest of the shareholders....regardless of what he may verbalize....
