You are right. Tom has stated he would build the business and then clean up the share structure. However, Seaway Valley's so very low market cap has presented an opportunity to the company to increase shareholder value.
Regarding the due diliegnce provided by scotchfix, from it we first learned of the "cash distribution" to be made by Greenshift to the CEO of Seaway.
What did Tom tell us today?
"I recently initiated efforts to secure the rights to the approximate 30% equity stake in GS AgriFuels, which in early 2008 merged into GreenShift Corporation. While the outcome of these efforts is yet to be determined, I will certainly pursue the maximum value owed to Seaway and its shareholders."
