I agree on the high risk, but even in the scenario you speaking, buying at .19 selling at... who knows what.. .40, and buying again lower... with the spread and commissions I don't see anything near what I consider "high reward". I can see how someone who works (with near perfection; again taking into account the spread) the stock can make money, but not a ton.
High risk yes, high reward (to date) absolutely not. The future is unknown - it could turn and bring a nice payback, but based upon 7-8 yrs of first hand history with this stock I am not holding my breath (any longer).
