1. When I stated "proven," I meant it in the context where they were proven revenue streams. We've sold the other products, and based on their estimates, good enough to make us profitable in 08. The GC2000 is completely unproven, particularly in full scale as other posters have presented. They should be focusing on the proven first, and gradually expand (thus the term over-extended). Over-extending is proven by their aggressive dilution.
2. It is a prototype (from Jared's own mouth), and will be that until it is proven in practice and at full scale.
3. They've been working on the GC2000 for years, you can't deny that. Do you believe that 2 and a half months ago they sat down and were like, "oh man, we need 600k for this, who woulda thought! What are we gonna do?!"
