I did note that there was two points that SBRUNNER pointed out of $$... one at $750k and one at $850k, I guess a year appart, which would indicate that the rate at which payouts is increasing is quite small. Still, I think before we jump to that conclusion, in the light of not having more accurate data, we need to say that we need more accurate data. I do agree with you that according to your numbers, on the surface, something appears fishy. I would also assume, that there have been payouts increasing randomly at weird intervals depending on how much product they generate and move, which could explain why only in the last year they have gone from $750k to $850k in distributions. Still, we need better data, and preferably a better explained plan of attack from RALEO/SBRUNNER.
Speaking to the refund thing, why not post on this website what you'd be willing to settle for for your trees....maybe someone would be silly enough to take you up on your offer, like me perhaps :)
or set up a $1 auction on ebay ... see what it goes to :)
