Renee, I do not agree with your decision.
I humbly ask that you reconsidered and forgive the IHub Admins and/or whoever it was that pushed you to this level in which you originally had the problems with in the past. Heck, we all have always got to keep such in mind and move forward. I think you should return to posting and sharing your thoughts on IHub.
I have been in Matt’s position before, but on a much smaller scale with my forum on RB and when I had my forum in Paltalk. I do not envy his position. I use to have about 10 or so Assistant Moderators. Many times, the IHub Admins are forced to utilize their agreed upon decision making processes which are the TOUs. This is to make sure that there is some kind of structure and standardization to help centralize everyone's decision. This is how they all act on one accord to reflect consistent support across the boards for doing "the right" thing from "supposedly" everyone's perspective.
Ok, personally, I think it's better to do "the best" thing instead of "the right" thing “sometimes” to better fit certain situations, but that would make for a different post (LOL).
Heck, I remember those meetings with my Assistant Moderators back in the day. I remember getting home from work and having a different Moderator mad at me every day of which all of them were good people and really meant well. Sometimes it is very hard for us to see this, but we must humble ourselves to first be able absorb any differences needing to be discussed.
IHub will not miss you from not posting. IHub is much bigger than little old you or me. However though, I will miss you. Also, a few others will too. Your thoughts help to always keep a calm to whatever forum you are posting. I say this in this nature because IHub is not about one person. IHub is about all of us being part of a specific TEAM:
T – Together
E – Everyone
A – Achieves
M – More
You are definitely part of the TEAM. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few. I think it would be fair and I ask that you forgive whoever made you feel like this and move forward to begin posting again. Besides, I think you not posting is exactly what some who you despise of probably have been trying to get you to get to.
