#7355 RE: RabbiDavid #7351

That's real cute RabbiDavid, You start your post real nice, finish it the same way at the end and in the middle your post figuratively stabs me and practically everyone else at H3. for example:

RD: questionable and unjustified dismissal of Dr. Benjamin Chavis

Flsun: I'll bet you RabbiD it was legal though, even if you don't like it.

RD: Dr Chavis' insistence that H3 would stop engaging in "Pump and Dump" activities.

Flsun: Do you have a link to where Chavis said that?

RD: Board of Directors did not have the right to mistreat him nor his executive management team by not compensating them for the last nine months of work

Flsun: But Chavis, Fleming and Ellis were listed on the H3 website with nice titles. Isn't that enough compensation?

RD: I pray ... shareholders of H3 will attempt to get the "truth" first hand from Dr. Chavis

Flsun: I'll pray for you.

RD: the truth of the H3 disaster in St. Petersburg lies squarely in the impotent and inexperience laps of Brian Peters

Flsun: Oh yeah Brian signed the lease so it's all his fault, never mind minor details like Ben scrapped Brian's SodaShop concept and gutted the place.

RD: Flsunchaser you are eager along with Chutjian, Peters and Freedman to now use Chavis, Fleming and Ellis as scapegoats for the illegal insider trading actions of Chutjian and others.

Flsun: Have you got a link to prove Chutjian has engaged in illegal insider trading?

RD: Before Dr. Chavis came to H3, Brian Peters ... did not have clue to what an actual Hip Hop Soda Shop was.

Flsun: Yeah sure Brian "H3" won a prize from BankAmerica in 2004 for the concept but till Ben arrived, he didin't have a clue. LOL.

RD: I hear that Dr. Chavis and a growing group of H3 shareholders may be planning a class action law suit to rescue H3

Flsun: Another pernicious rumor.

RD: leaders of Microsoft are upset concerning the Chavis termination

Flsun: Another pernicious rumor.
