Veritas, It looks like you are setting the preliminaries for the possible already dropped deal. Seems like you always are ahead of everyone else as shortly back you for saw that the company would increase the A/S and you hoped it would only be to 2b, which low and behold they did very soon after. Anyway as to the so called investor article in question-2 things-(1) How can a company that has been trading for 4 years or so now have an IPO and (2) Don't even you think that it is outrageous to even imagine that LLEG could raise 100 million in any sort of public offering. The company would have to issue 500 billion shares assuming they could find enough investors to buy them. The pps can't even now hold above 1\10th of a cent. Sounds like pipe dreams morphing into delusions of grandure. Also if there was some sort of merger the common shareholders after the conversion of the primary owners preferred shares would probably get about 1/25th of a cent per share. IMO
