no it isn't relevant. how can admin be fair to shorts on a pinky when it isn't allowed. what then would be a reason for a group of investors to go on a board and try to talk down a stock if shorting isn't allowed? they have to have some financial reason to be there
what U can't short pinks? .. thats not what the penny pumpers say its either the bad bashers or mr shorty .. causing the Float to increase and the PPS to fall lol
