We showed up at one of the races. The CEO told everyone at the race to put their names down on a sheet of paper because he wanted to give everyone there a gift because he was happy about the amount of people that had come out to support the race. After we all had departed from the race, we found out the gift was for 3 million “restricted” shares of CMKX which was trading at .0001 per share valued at $300.00 and 3 million “restricted” shares of CIM which was not trading and had never traded.
The list of names was published later and put on file with the SEC which reflected that hundreds of people were given these shares. I think the amount was somewhere over 800 people. However, all of a sudden, I come home one day from work and the next thing you know, everything was twisted as if I was the only one who had gotten those shares when there were hundreds that actually received them. Rumor had it that Urban gave me 6 billion shares to pump CMKX. NOT TRUE! Again, when the list had come out to reflect the amount, it was as I had stated within this post. Still, some continued to twist it to be that I had gotten them not as a gift, but for services rendered for promoting the CMKX stock. NOT TRUE!
To solve the problem and eliminate confusion, I further explained what happened a few times in public forums to include Paltalk, IHub, and RagingBull. I also said that I would “pay my shares forward” to someone who would need them most which is where the name derived “pay it forward.” And yes, I did “pay it forward” and gave those shares to some other shareholders to eliminate any further confusion.
But wait, some people who had not gone to the race were still angry and felt that all of it was my idea. Heck, I had no Idea what the heck was going on (LOL). I had shown up late to that race and the list was already in circulation before I had even arrived. I was told to just put my name on the list to get the gift… so I did. I just put my name down on the paper like every single other person that was there. Still, instead of dragging over 800+ people whose name was on the list through the mud, some decided to only pick me out as you see from this post that I am responding to.
I have to ask… Where have you been? These issues were cleared-up years ago with the SEC (almost immediately because I called the SEC personally to make sure) as brokerage accounts were checked by the SEC, discussions transpired, etc. So you really think I was not telling the truth about those things? You don’t remember how involved the SEC was with CMKX? The SEC was and is very aware of what transpired with CMKX and any accusations as you have stated erroneously. I’m glad the SEC at least has an ear to hear the truth and research such for themselves and not just believe what they are told by people like you.
I and many like and unlike you were very disappointed with what happened with CMKX. I am not the one to be upset at. We were on the same TEAM and wanted a better outcome for CMKX. I was trying to help not hurt. I don’t know what else to say except that we were lied to by Urban and his management about CMKX. I’m sorry, but it is what it is. My trust is now with Kevin & his TEAM to hope that they can fix things although the odds are not in our favor for success.
Please, go back and re-evaluate your heart condition and really read through the posts in the links provided. Hopefully you will have a change of heart. If not, I still wish you well.
