You must be joking... dissing other stocks as paper mills... while buying into a purported mining company that has no proven assets, nothing I've seen about their crack geology team, zero income, but 3 BILLION shares authorized, with over 99% of those already outstanding?

It really doesn't matter how much gold there is on any property they own... when the market cap of the company is like 1000 times more than that potential value ????

Nope... I'm being straight forward about what I see and what I intend. I see a chance for finding there is some decent potential here... that has a chance to be properly realized AFTER the reverse... likely not before.

The history here of not following through with "we're gonna" that includes the already authorized 1 for 3000 reverse... gives more reason for pause.

That all. I'm not saying it is a scam because there isn't any gold in the ground, or because I don't know for sure what the assets are worth or who owns them. I never got that far in my DD... because there wasn't and isn't any point in going that far... until AFTER the reverse... when the number of shares vs value in hand will make an investment case that can't be made now ?

Divide the cash in hand by the number of shares authorized and apply an industry discount to the value of cash... and, without having done any DD that will give you some assurance of other future values... that will give you a high end range in imputed share value.

It is simple math.

50 million dollars
300 billion shares

They have $50 in cash for every 300,000 shares. Yeah, really, I just don't know anywhere else you can buy $50 for $1500.

Here. I have a $1 bill. I've convinced every one else who owns a $1 bill to not sell them right now... so, you want to buy mine for $30 ???

Whats amazing about this stocks run from 0.0012 to 0.011 it has held near 500% gains strongly. This was done without the buyback of shares retail and likley certain investors in the know only. I can only assume that the company minimum goal of 0.02 will be reached easily once they start soaking up this float. Most of their buying will have to be done at a penny and more. They already stated in a pr they have no problem with that
