They can't convert more than 5% of the o/s at a time. So the most they could convert now is 200k. It would be a very slow process and they'd have to have a lot of volume to do it. Which is why I expect them to run this stock and get it back in the limelight before they start converting.
Worrying does not empty tomorrow of it's troubles, it empties today of it's strength.
Yes, they can only convert up to 4.99% each time. Usually they do it like 4.99% every other day. They will want to sell as high as they can, but sell they will, as their profit/share = (sp - .001).
