Dasani...Just a clerical error most of the time. The online brokers have to manually reset everything in their systems and it takes up to three days in my experience.
AMTD isn't very sharp on those types of situations for the BBs. Of course, an AMEX or NYSE would be adjusted promptly systems but not the little guys.
