I am far from an expert as I am sure that there are many others much smarter than I on the matter that could give you a better answer.

The best I can do to help with giving you what I think is a solid answer is to know that Mr. Waight from the Government of Belize, MInistry of Finance confirmed that one of the sources that BLDV will be using to generate fuel is the Jatropha plant.
