about the R/S timeline: the last filing says they will not go to the Delaware SOS until at least 20 days after. And then there is some time needed to get a new Cusip & Ticker.

R/S will be on or after the 10Q and the shareholder meeting, and some news plus the 10Q will be known by then; imho.

The wording is there for the R/S-but that dosn't mean they will do it.
