Just curious? What is a lier? You seem to be so active at putting the company down, but don't seem to be willing to call and talk to the company and find out what might be going on. Why is that? There is always a way to get info if you are good. You act as if you know it all, so should be very easy for you to get us info.

Do you think that everything that is recently confirmed is posted on this board? Do you realize that you are preaching to a LOT of seasoned pinksheet investors here on this board? We know how to do research...in fact, most of us here have confirmed that most of your posts, much like this one attached is full of incorrect information...BLDV is REAL and I suggest that you work a little harder on collecting information on this one...I would hate to see you on the wrong side of BLDV when it takes off. Especially considering how much time and how many posts you've spent trying to tell us something that we know is just not true...its not to late. There is enough time for you to pick up the phone and REALLY try...GLTY:)

In regards to no returned emails and phone calls, I couldn't tell you how many times I haven't return an email or phone call from a friend. And I'm not trying to run a business. When investors state such things, they need to stop and think for a second. What's more important, getting your business up and running or sitting in front of a computer all day answering emails.
If the company was returning everybody's email, I'd be alot more concerned. Tells me they have nothing better to do which is scary. JMO.

I would like to know whether you are able to give me any information regarding a company called Blue Diamond Ventures. Has there been any formal agreements or contracts of any kind signed with the government of Belize? This company has claimed for some time, approximatly 3 years , that it was going to build a biodiesel plant and start a goat farm project in Belize, can you offer any informatioin on prospect of these claims? There appears to be some doubt about the legitimacy of this company and their intent with regard to selling stock in the open market. Your name has been used to promote that legitimacy therefor i would sincerely like to hear directly from you about this concern. Also if i may ask, what is your position within the government of Belize? I sincerely thank you for taking the time to read my inquiry and hope that you will consider taking time to reply.

I personally also wrote an email to Mr Osorio from Government of Belize. He answered me that he gave my inquiry to Mr Waight who should answer me shortly. Because I didn´t get an answer from him after few days I emailed Mr Osorio again and asked him to remember Mr waight to answer my inquiry. Today I recieved an email from Government of Belize. I xxxxxx the names and some email adresses to keep privacy for the named persons. But now read and wonder:

Blue Diamond Ventures Belize Ltd. entered into an Agreement for Sale with the Government of Belize in June 2007 to purchase the property in Belize known as the "Old Lynam College" containing some 180 acrs of land and some 18 small buildings in an advanced state of disrepair, for the purposes of establishing a pilot biodiesel production facility, goat production and training.

The Agreement was later amended in January 2008 to increase the acreage to 201 acers.

The Agreement has not yet been consummated as there has been a delay (on the part of the Government ) in the completion of the land surveys necessary to tranfer title for the property.

It is expected that the survey work will be completed shortly and that the Sale transaction will then be completed.

Blue Diamond Ventures Belize Ltd. is in good standing with the Government of Belize but is not in any partnership or joint venture with the Government of Belize.

Look at the post from "doggone" and then at the e-mail on which Government of Belize responded to interested investors who made inquiries to Government of Belize: Exactly the same words !!!

So that person got confirmation about BLDV from Government of Belize on July 15th but kept on bashing BLDV on July 16th (see his postings from July 16th) and also was so dishonest to ask Stervc on the same day about what Mr Waight had told Stervc on phone. He just did as he knew nothing although he got confirmation from Mr Waight personally.

And no word about the confirmation to the BLDV board - really unbelievable !!!

RECENT INFORMATION post of posters that might talked to the Belize Government and saw a document showing the company bought land last year. This company is still active. Interestingly no one can truthfully point at the CEO as being a liar because he isn't one. I do hold him responsible for allowing me to make a profit on his stock.
