That is very interesting....Yes, they are prepared for BK. I was involved in MIR stock a few years ago. The difference was they stayed in a public pizzing match with the note holders until that final day, July 15 I recall. That hasn't been the case here. They had hired Blackstone or something like that as advisors to play hard-ball with the note holders. I lost some money when they went BK but made it back and then some when they traded as MIRKQ in the pinks. There was no way in hell they should have went BK, but....
We don't have much longer to wait here. This stock could easily be trading over $1 next month.
