This has not been "shorted into oblivion". There is an ongoing REG D in process here. The company is trying to sell enough stock to raise one million dollars. That is the pressure on the stock price and since they have just upped their authorized by 2 billion shares, it suggests they have a lot more they expect to have to sell in the future.
GThis has gone down from .15 to triple zeros on extremely low volume over that time.
You can gauratee this has been shorted into oblivion.
I agree 100%. One small hedge fund in particular here has been toying around imo, along with the market makers and a few other posters here that always appear to be on the negative side.
