according to both IR and management there is no quiet period. sometimes it's best to go to the source rather than speculating on the board.

I said we "seem to be" based on the dry up of PRs relative to new orders, acqusitions, etc. Maybe something BIG is in the works, maybe not.

I e-mailed Steve yesterday but he has not replied yet.
