I see sales up only 5%, and I see that due to the company moving inventory they bought back from one distributor to another, which isn't an "increase in sales," but a shuffling of inventory, which the company stated happened in their own PR.
I see no information showing comparison sales numbers overseas to state an increase.
The move to the warehouse is now 2 weeks behind schedule, with not a word from the company as to why.
The move to the OTCBB is dependent on the questions, and quite possibly on restatement of financials based on the information above regarding the movement of previously sold items from one distributor to the other.
I like that they've moved to the distributors vs the dealers-it makes the questionability of this shuffling easier to track IMO. I'm sure the SEC, in hoping to clear the misinformation regarding sales that some public companies do, appreciates that kind of change too..probably saves them a few steps should they decide to investigate.
