very wise.
forward looking statements from Pinksheet companies aren't worth the paper they're printed on. I dont care who they are or how good it all sounds. It is easy to say you are going to do something, it is very different to make it happen. Especially when there is no regulation or oversight.

ENHD merger with Chuming closed in January. They raised 17 million dollars at the time the merger closed. Chuming/ENHD was SIVC/Redwoods client.

So not a done deal makes no sense, the deals been done since January. All we're waitng for now is ENHD S1 to be declared effective.
