That's not correct, from old filings....outstanding not authorized. Outstanding means shares already issued. 2.3 billion... The Registrant had 2,300,000,000 shares of common stock, $0.001 par value, outstanding as of November 8, 2006. Immediately subsequent to the reverse split, the Company had 66,000,000 shares authorized with 16,000,000 shares issued and outstanding.
