Looks to be in a consolidation period, but it is slowly making its way and will break to the up side. May sound crazy but the stock will be better off to hold this down till after this week close out around .008. Why I say this, because it will allow the Sar to make a fall below top resistance on a weekly chart. Once the move takes place and the trigger takes place it should help push this into a new high.
