Well I see a Dow daily bar on 7/16/1996 that was pretty impressive. But you said "I have ever seen" and that was before my daytrading time.

That one had much higher volatility but it didn't close above the open like this one.

Yeah I got whipsawed, took position too soon thinking reversal day and when the 2:22 ramp looked like it might fail sold too soon. I really wish PPT would call me before they sit on the buy program button. Didn't think we would go green after the carnage though.

I guess today might be the pivot point and we change direction back to upside perhaps.

How long have you been watching???

Actually, it was pretty nice, and it will look even better if they can follow through tomorrow with a huge rally on strong volume...

If not, all they've accomplished is some resetting of the technical indicators...
