you are absolutely right, it is safe to "pressume". most pinkie traders presume. facts are obscure and conveiniently distorted in 99% pinks. this acquisition may have been paid in cash, but facts of other expenses need to be known. where did the cash come from? i guess the audit will reveal in due course. until then this stock is shorted tilll the mms squeeze it dry and make many baggies hold or sell for a loss.
