Having been chastised already for unsolicited opinions, I stick my toe in cautiously here. :^)
I am dubious about money flow numbers, but assuming they are correct, could it not indicate the boys are accumulating in their big blocks while J6P pukes it up? Remember, the TRIN is based simply on which stocks are positive and negative. It is a good indicator, but doesn't really mean anything in terms of accumulation or distribution.
I don't know if that explains it or makes it worse, really, but it seems to fit with a lot of other negative readings these days.
