they just parked a hydraulic power unit near that empty carosel - looks like they are going to spool something onto it

the other carosel behind the crane (just barely visible in this cap) is loaded with the 1"-2" black cable with the big boxy yellow things on the end

I wish I didn't need to use such highly technical terms like big boxy yellow things ;-)
